You’ve heard of our 3-Day ride, you’ve heard of our 2-Day ride BUT NOW, we’re introducing a NEW 1-Day ride option!
Bicycle Across South Carolina brings you a 1-Day, off-road ride that takes participants into the depths of the Francis Marion Forest and through quintessential South Carolina landscapes.
With 3 different length routes, this is an adventure for all! Riders will experience the unique opportunity to explore off-the-grid trails, engage with a community of like-minded enthusiasts, and enjoy a celebration with friends and family after the ride.
The celebration will feature live music, locally sourced food and beer, kayaks and paddleboarding, campfires, and more!

Learn More About the 1-Day Ride
Our 1-Day Ride will take place on Sunday, October 18th. We will have 3 different length routes that all start and finish in Awendaw Municipal Park, located at 7900 Doar Rd. Awendaw, SC.
This ride is perfect for anyone who can’t get away for the 3 or 2-Day ride but still want to be a part of the adventure!

What about the festivities and activities?
We encourage riders, non-riders, family, friends, and the like to come and celebrate at the finish line! The Awendaw Municipal Park is the perfect backdrop for this ride with on-site biking and hiking trails, a large, freshwater lake, multiple links to surrounding trails, and a massive field to spread out (and socially distance) in while awaiting your fellow riders!
There will be a two-mile, family-friendly loop intended for both cycling and hiking, appropriate for all ages. All attendees can expect local food, beverages, games, live music, kayaks, paddleboards, and more – all of which are included in your registration!
Our Official Beer Sponsor, Fat Tire, will have their 2-story “Build-a-Bar” set up on-site. Standing at a staggering 20 feet tall, serving as a lighthouse; its beacon guiding thirsty riders to its free-flowing beer paradise.
With acres of open land, we encourage attendees to make a day of this ride and bring their own blankets and chairs to enjoy the beautiful lake views. This “picnic-style” setting will help keep riders and guests safe and socially distanced while enjoying the event. Please note, attendees are not allowed to bring their own alcohol.
