BASC is more than just a ride, it's a community of over 1,000 riders in four years from all over the country and world!

Riders travel from all over to explore scenic South Carolina. In 2022, we had riders from CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, and WA.

After riding back to Basecamp, all riders join us for a family-style all-inclusive dinner! Everyone sits together at a couple long tables so you are sure to meet new people. While many of our riders come with friends or spouses, you leave with new riding buddies, friends from across the country, and a new cornhole partner! Join our community of cyclists, outdoor enthusiasts, beer drinkers, cornhole champions, and purveyors of a good 'ol time!

In the evenings, riders gather around the bonfire to listen to live music and hang out. Depending on our location, there are even locally-led excursions. In 2021 at Hickory Hill Milk Farm, the local farmers offered hay ride tours of the farm and even educational tours of the milking facility. BASC truly is more than just a ride.
