Meet Laura Cline!

It’s hard for me to decide which year I have enjoyed the most. In 2022 we were in McCormick, SC at the John De La Howe School. It was a fantastic venue with pristine gravel roads that rode along cotton fields and horse pastures. We had campus showers and even a pet goat to play with! This ride captured nature in every turn. 2023 was no disappointment either… our venue was in Rock Hill, SC. Next to the BMX track and high above the Velodrome. One night we watched the BMX National championships where many different countries showed to represent and the other night we tried our hands at the Velodrome. The roads were mostly paved, we had trailer showers, really good food and movie night.

I love starting and stopping my rides from base camp, from the same spot. Not having to move locations is a huge benefit. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was going to be fun. Everyone is super laid back and it’s do as you please. In fact, my day almost always included a nap after my ride and shower. This gave me energy for the evening shenanigans😉

What could possibly be more fun than an all inclusive weekend of riding bikes, built in entertainment, camping with friends, food, drinks and camaraderie?? I’m stoked to see what the 2024 venue will bring!!
